It’s almost two months since I entered BNU. I am already successfully used to the environment and atmosphere here. Although there’s little beautiful scenery, always filled with lots of people, some unhappy events, it is a school I will stay 4 years. There’s no reason for me not loving it.
Courses are wonderful, especially our Mathematic Analysis’ teacher. He always told something philosophical to us while teaching his lessons as if he was much experienced in this field. I can clearly remember his words “Do it and you will understand it, just do it by yourself.” Dormitory mates are wonderful. We are good friends and usually eat meal together and go to class together. Friendship which teaches us how to communicate with others and how to cooperate is one of the most important things in college life. We must value the friendship that was just built.
Activities are wonderful. College has plenty of activities to choose. Everyday there always exist some kinds of activities such as a game, a debate, a speech…… Life in the University is rich and colorful. We can enjoy every aspect as long as we have a passionate heart. Study is just one part of life in university. Since we have less pressure and more free time, we are able to use extra energy to strengthen ourselves in other parts. Many unknowns wait for us to explore, many interests wait for us to discover, and many experiences wait for us to suffer. If only we place ourselves in the splendid college life we can grow and become more mature.
Somebody ever said that life in university is not pure at all. We can’t be the one in the early years. Every one is selfish and utilitarian which lead to a broken friendship. I just think nothing of it. I believe pure friendship and pure love in the college. Why must we change ourselves? What counts is the inner heart of oneself and the attitude towards the society. The success thinks the world nice and he loves it while the lose thinks the world ugly and he hates it. If he or she has a beautiful and sincere heart, he will look at everything optimistic and trust his ability to seize every opportunity laid on the road to success.
Yes, we need confidence and self-determination. Don’t care what others say, just walk on the way you focus.
Without hesitation I joined in the Community Association(CA学生团体联合会，简称“学联”)of our school when I just came to university. CA is a department to manage all 66 Student Groups in our school and provide suggestions and help to them. Now I am a member in Network Department of CA. Working in it, I become more energetic and powerful and of course knowing how hard work we’ll do. But I love the busy life.
Life in university is wonderful. Trust ourselves and just go ahead!
