装了IE 8 RC一段时间了，发现新建标签页（Tab）缓慢不已，还以为是IE 8要求的配置比较高，而变慢的，然后今天为了弄个究竟（因为在Windows 7下IE 8飞速，而且电脑配置更差），所以一定不是系统配置的问题，而是IE设置的问题，最后，在外国的一个论坛找到了答案，居然是SUN JAVA的ADD-IN搞的鬼，因为在IE 8中装了JAVA的插件，而这个插件在每个TAB打开的时候居然要花1秒多，所以在新建窗口才感到明显的延迟，于是把IE中的JAVA禁用了，就飞速了，^_^，果然是设置的问题。

Try running IE8 in no-Addons mode. When you see the difference in tab load
times it makes you will understand why your installation of IE8 seems
sluggish.
On the IE Addons Manager (Tools>Manage Addons) right click on the column
headers and choose to display the column for 'Load Time', then click on that
column to sort your IE Addons by load time to identify the resource hogs in
your Addons.
Many Addons are incompatible with IE8 because of the increased security (so
what are those Addons doing with my browser then if IE8 isn't happy with
them). Others such as popup blockers, search bars and site validators are
redundant and have been replaced by built-in functions in the browser
itself.
